Nichepharm Lifesciences Private Limited is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in small volume parenterals. Our mission is to develop innovative, niche injectables cost-effectively to improve and extend patient lives. With high-quality, best-in-class offerings, we meet the growing demand for sterile injectables and biologics in regulated markets while providing affordable medicines for India and beyond.
Led by promoters with over 30 years of experience, we are a trusted partner for top pharmaceutical companies, focusing on complex dosages with technical expertise and unwavering quality. Nichepharm is headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, and operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Selaqui, Dehradun.
Our facility is designed to be compliant with all international regulatory authorities and has the capability to manufacture a wide range of small volume parenterals. With the capacity to produce up to one billion units annually, Nichepharm offers one of the largest production capabilities in India's injectable sector.

Humble Beginnings
Under the visionary leadership of Mr. M.M. Sobti, a pioneering dairy technologist, the Sobti family laid the foundation of Nitin Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in Karnal, planting the seeds of a legacy in injectable manufacturing.
A Strategic Leap
Capitalising on progressive reforms, the Sobti family established Nitin Lifesciences Ltd. in Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh. With a focus on sterile injectables, it rapidly rose to prominence.
Consolidation
In a strategic move to unify operations and scale capabilities, Nitin Pharmaceuticals (Karnal) merged with Nitin Lifesciences (Paonta Sahib), creating a robust consolidated entity. Added new facilities for cephalosporins at Paonta and Beta Lactams at Karnal.
World-class facility & Lyophilisation
Nitin Lifesciences Limited set up a new sterile manufacturing site in Paonta Sahib, expanding our offerings to include lyophilized products and deepening reach across global markets.
Global Collaboration
The Sobti family forged a strategic partnership with global CDMO leader Recipharm, which acquired a 74% stake. Core leadership remained integral to operations to ensure continuity.
Growth with continuity
The facilities were further upgraded to meet international regulatory requirements. The Sobti family divested their remaining stake in Nitin Lifesciences but continued to oversee operations, reinforcing their deep-rooted commitment to maintaining customer trust. Land was acquired for their new greenfield project, Nichepharm, starting the next chapter of this journey.
Birth of Nichepharm
Sobti family laid the foundation for Nichepharm, a next-generation sterile manufacturing site in Selaqui, Dehradun. Reaffirming the legacy, Recipharm came forward to join hands at inception as a minority (8%) stakeholder.
Ready for the Future
Our world-class facility started commercial production.WHO GMP accreditation was achieved. Recipharm increased its stake to 24%, underscoring trust. The facility quickly became a benchmark in manufacturing excellence.
Renewed Focus
With a clear vision for the future, the Sobti family transitioned out of Nitin Lifesciences to fully dedicate their expertise and leadership to Nichepharm. Added pre-filled syringes and cartridges capacity to the Nichepharm site.
100% Ownership Restored
With a forward-looking strategy, the Sobti family bought back Recipharm’s stake, regaining complete ownership of Nichepharm. Our mission: to lead with agility, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Global Partner
Nichepharm is now the preferred partner for leading MNCs and top Indian pharma companies. We are expanding our footprint across international markets, with accreditations from various ROW authorities.Embarking now on a new journey for SRA approvals including ANVISA Brazil, CIS, and EMA.
