Facility Highlights
Sterile operations are designed around the current EU GMP Annex 1 standard, built to meet the
requirements of international regulatory authorities.
Our lines run high-speed filling across liquid vials, ampoules, dry powder injection, pre-filled
syringes, cartridges, and lyophilised products. With a range of filling capabilities from 0.2 ml to
50 ml for liquid injections and from 40mg to 4.5g for Dry powder injections, we offer precision in
every unit and the capacity to supply at commercial scale.
Our lines are equipped with camera-based Automatic Visual Inspection (AVI), capturing each unit
through 360° high-resolution imaging to detect particulates, glass defects, sealing defects, and
fill-level deviations. We also offer high-voltage leak detection for container closure integrity.
WFI is generated on site by vapour-compression distillation and used exclusively across every
manufacturing line, including all container washing. Sanitary design throughout, with no dead legs.
All filling lines run under open Restricted Access Barrier Systems, with extended laminar air flow
(LAF) over each line to maintain a Grade A air supply in the critical zone.
