Nichepharm brings the expertise and the capacity to run high-volume lyophilised vial filling for your injectable project. Two freeze dryers, 30 sqm each with 600 kg ice-making capacity, give a capacity of approximately 51,000 vials per cycle (10R vials) and around 30 million vials a year.
Lyophilisation rewards control at every step, and we've built the line for it. Vials are filled, partially stoppered, and loaded into the freeze dryers by an automated loading and unloading system, so the sterile chain holds without operator intervention at the point it matters most. Cycles are developed and run to protect cake structure and hit the residual moisture your product needs, from freezing through primary and secondary drying.
Vials are washed and depyrogenated before filling, and filling runs aseptically under O-RABS with extended laminar air flow maintaining a Grade A critical zone.
