Sterile powder injection asks for tight control at the moment of filling, and our line is built for it. Powder is dosed by a vacuum-pressure dosing disc. The filling zone runs under controlled humidity, so moisture-sensitive powders are unaffected during the fill. Nitrogen flushing protects products that react to oxygen. Vertical laminar flow covers the dosing and stoppering stations, with vacuum pick-and-place stoppering throughout.
Vials are washed and then depyrogenated by laminar hot air before filling, so every container enters the line free of pyrogens. Filling runs aseptically under O-RABS with extended laminar air flow maintaining a Grade A critical zone.
